North Devon Show – get there by train

The North Devon Show returns on Wednesday 5th August 2026. Enjoy a fantastic day out celebrating rural life, with attractions including carriage driving, vintage vehicles, live entertainment, a tractor parade and much more. Travel sustainably and enjoy the scenic Tarka Line from Exeter to Umberleigh, with a shuttle bus connecting the station with the showground.

Buy an Off-Peak Day Return to Umberleigh and take the shuttle bus from Umberleigh station to the North Devon Showground.

Buses run throughout the day between Umberleigh Station and the showground, making it easy to enjoy the show without needing to drive.

Bus prices (each way): Adults – £1 each, Child (5-15yrs) – 50p each, Child (4 and under) – FREE

An adult Off-Peak Day Return ticket between Exeter St David’s and Umberleigh is £13.70.
