All Aboard the Christmas CreativiTea Train

UPDATE: Event cancelled due to flooding on the line. We have contacted all those who had booked by email. Join artist Sally Crabtree and the Devon & Cornwall Rail Partnership team on the Christmas CreativiTea Train along the scenic Looe Valley Line.

What’s on

On Friday 5 December, unwrap your creative side and dip into the Christmas Creativity Trolley to make your own tree decorations and snow globes (pictured above), all while enjoying a warming glass of mulled apple juice.

Booking is essential (see below). Creativity sessions will run on the following trains:

• 10:09 departs Looe
• 10:48 departs Liskeard
• 11:18 departs Looe
• 11:54 departs Liskeard

How to book

The creative activities on the CreativiTea train are free to join, but you will need to buy train tickets as usual. Buy online or at Liskeard station.

Make a day of it

Once your crafting session finishes, there’s no need to head straight home. From Looe, you can browse independent shops, walk along the beach, or explore the town’s narrow streets and fishing heritage.

If you’re tackling your Christmas shopping, you can also continue your journey and catch the train into Plymouth for a festive afternoon. Drake Circus shopping centre is just a 10-minute walk from the station.
