1. The prizes are complimentary travel tickets with the companies listed at the top of this page. Each winner will receive tickets to travel with just one of the companies. Winners will not be able to choose which company's tickets they have won - this will be pre-determined as part of the draw. Tickets from Wightlink are for foot passenger ferry travel (not car ferries).
2. The closing date for entry is 11.59pm on Friday 17th May 2019. Winners will be notified by email or telephone by the end of May 2019.
3. Entry data will be processed by the Devon & Cornwall Rail Partnership on behalf of South Western Railway solely for the purpose of managing the prize draw. The Devon & Cornwall Rail Partnership will delete all data after the prize draw ends.
4. Winners' details will be supplied to the prize giving companies listed at the top of this page in order for them to arrange postage of prizes.
3. Bulk entries made from trade or consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. No cash alternative will be offered. Entry is limited to one per person. No purchase is necessary for entry to this free prize draw.
4. The winners may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.
5. This prize draw is only open to those who are 18 years or over and who are residents of the UK.
6. The Devon and Cornwall Rail Partnership reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules will not be accepted.
7. No liability or responsibility will be accepted for ensuring submitted entries are received by the Devon and Cornwall Rail Partnership.
8. The Devon and Cornwall Rail Partnership will not be held responsible for any elements of the prizes. Any dissatisfaction must be taken up with the providers at the time.
9. The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw and the winners shall participate in such activity on the prize giving companies' reasonable request. The winners consent to the use by the prize giving companies, both before and after the closing date of the prize draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, on the internet, including websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice.
10. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. The Devon and Cornwall Rail Partnership’s decision is final on any situation not covered in these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to any decisions made.
