With two trains an hour on the Cornish main line, hop off at Truro and join poet and local historian Bert Biscoe to journey through the city and learn about its fascinating history and Cornish characters.
Tours run at 10am every Monday and Friday, lasting approximately two hours. They meet outside the Visit Truro Visitor Information Centre, a 13-minute walk from Truro railway station.
Tickets are £7.50 per adult. Children are free of charge (please note the tours are aimed at 12 yrs and over).

Bert Biscoe is a poet, songwriter, local councillor and historian. He is a Bard of Gorsedh Kernow. His bardic name is Vyager gans Geryow. He represented Truro for over 20 years on Cornwall Council, and held a range of offices, from Chairman of the Board of Cornwall Enterprise Co to Cabinet member for different portfolios.
