Visit Lynton and Lynmouth by train & bus

This article is more than 2 years old.

Visit Lynton and Lynmouth for the stunning North Devon coastline, famous cliff railway and great local food.

It’s easy by train and onward bus. Take the scenic Tarka Line from Exeter to Barnstaple, then hop on bus 309/310 right outside the railway station.

In our video, we explored the two picturesque villages, ate at Lynton’s Charlie Fridays, enjoyed the views of the coast, took the Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway and finally headed to the 14th Century Rising Sun Hotel for a well-earned drink.
