Liskeard Ploughman’s Festival | Go by train

UPDATE: EVENT CANCELLED – Due to weather the festival has sadly had to be cancelled by organisers. The food market on The Parade goes ahead as planned however. Please see the official Facebook post for further details.

Hop on the train to Liskeard this Saturday (17th August) and enjoy the Ploughman’s Festival street market of local produce, plus free live bands, children’s workshops and an acrobatic re-telling of the Icarus story.

Getting there
The Festival takes place on The Parade in the town centre and in Westbourne Gardens. Both are a short walk from Liskeard station (see Google map to Westbourne Gardens).

Fares
An Off-Peak Day Return ticket to Liskeard is £6.30 from Plymouth, £5.20 from Saltash or £4.50 from Looe. 5-15 year-olds are half price and under 5s travel free.
