Visit the story parcel depot at Bere Ferrers railway station this half term

Bere Ferrers station on the scenic Tamar Valley Line is playing host to a series of creative events for children and adults alike this half term.

Poet and author Sally Crabtree has dreamt up the idea of a Story Parcel Depot and an old railway carriage at the Tamar Belle Heritage centre will be the setting.

Children can make a parcel pet to take home, watch the Magic Train Ride and search for lost items in the lost property.

Sally will also be joined on 25th October by cartoonist Nick Brennan who will be inviting visitors to put themselves in the picture with his interactive mural.

Events take place from 11 00- 16 00 from 25th-28th October 2017.
