Why not try something new and get walking in May? The South Devon Walking Festival is encouraging people to try a local walk between 9th and 17th May and explore this lovely area. Walks range from 2 miles up to a more challenging 5.5 miles.
The ferry linking Calstock to Cotehele Quay will be running again this summer. The scenic 15 minute journey takes you under the viaduct so if you go by train you get to see the river from above and below!
It’s all happening in Exmouth from 22-28 May when the town will be filled with music, theatre, poetry and dance for the 19th Exmouth Festival. The festival promises an eclectic range of musicians from jazz to funk, rock to folk.
This free, two day festival aims to promote all that is the best about West Country produce. Local produce stalls, chef demonstrations and plenty for visitors to sample throughout the weekend will mean plenty to buy and try! Looe Food Festival
